Invoice Terms & Conditions
1. Payment Terms
- Corporate clients with approved credit facilities: payment is due within the agreed period stated on the invoice or service agreement.
- Corporate clients without credit facilities and individual clients: full payment is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice.
- Late payments may attract interest at 10% per month until settlement.
2. Currency & Bank Details
- All payments must be made in the currency specified on the invoice and to the bank account indicated.
- Travel Kiosk will not be held liable for payments made to the wrong account or in a different currency.
- Any bank charges or currency conversion costs arising from incorrect payment are the responsibility of the client.
- Failure to pay as instructed may lead to cancellation of bookings, suspension of services, and withdrawal of any credit facilities.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- All cancellations and refunds are subject to airline, hotel, or supplier rules.
- Travel Kiosk service fees are strictly non-refundable.
- Approved refunds are processed in accordance with supplier timelines (which may take up to 6-12 weeks).
4. Liability
- Travel Kiosk acts only as an agent for airlines, hotels, and other travel suppliers.
- We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Our liability is limited to the service fees charged by Travel Kiosk.
5. Travel Documents
- The client/traveler is responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and all other required travel authorizations.
6. Data Protection & Confidentiality
- Client and traveler data is handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
- Information shared with Travel Kiosk is confidential and will only be used for booking, ticketing, and service delivery, unless disclosure is required by law.
7. Indemnity
- The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Travel Kiosk, its employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, penalties, or expenses arising from:
- Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client or traveler.
- Failure to obtain necessary travel documents, visas, or clearances.
- Breach of these Terms & Conditions by the client.
- Any actions or omissions of third-party suppliers engaged on the client's behalf.
